24-year-elderly person was captured from India's western Rajasthan state for supposedly killing an
older lady and afterward consuming her tissue.
It is said that the man — Surendra Thakur, an occupant of Mumbai city in Maharashtra — was
experiencing "hydrophobia" — a feeling of dread toward water brought about by late-stage rabies
contamination — making him act nonsensically. The specialists said that he was nibbled by a "frenzied
canine" before and didn't seek the treatment on time.
Police, citing observers, said that the occurrence occurred in Saradhana town under Pali region on
Friday.
The departed, Shanti Devi (65), had gone to munch her cows when the denounced out of nowhere
trapped her and battered her to the point of death.
"The blamed is acting like an intellectually debilitated patient and in a forceful way. We have conceded
him to the emergency clinic where his clinical assessment is going on. Indeed, even in the clinic, he

Representative Director of Police Sukhram Bishnoi told PTI news organization.
As per police, Thakur had a transport ticket with him, which later affirmed his place of home to be
Mumbai city. It isn't realized the reason why came to Saradhana town.
The casualty's child, Biren Kathat, then held up a police protest blaming the 24-year-old for killing his
mom and eating her tissue.
Blamed accused of human flesh consumption
Thakur has been reserved under Indian Reformatory Code segment 302 (murder) and furthermore
accused of barbarianism.
"I was returning in the wake of brushing goats when I saw the one who was eating the tissue of the
departed lady. I got terrified and ran from the spot," Kathat was cited as saying, adding that he
additionally saw the blood-stained face of the denounced.
Local people at first got frightened in the wake of seeing his blood-stained face, yet they then pursued
him when Thakur attempted to get away. At last, the occupants had the option to get him and hand him
over to the police.
"A patient has been conceded at Bangar Medical clinic who is experiencing hydrophobia. It is
conceivable that a raging canine could have messed with him previously. He probably won't have
immunized and along these lines, he created hydrophobia or rabies," Dr Praveen said.
In the mean time, the police gave over the body of the lady to the relatives after the examination.
